Podcasts now broadcasting from a new location!

Our podcast feed has moved from Podomatic to our new Comic Book Queers website. What do you have to do? Absolutely nothing. Your iTunes program will automatically find the new podcast location and continue downloading them as usual. You won't miss a moment of comicy queery goodness from the Fabtastic Four.

In fact... you'll have twice as much to love! You will probably notice that episodes 20-32 will appear twice in your CBQ episode list. This is normal; do not adjust your set. You're seeing the episodes from the old site, that you've already downloaded, combined with the listings for the same episodes on the new site. iTunes doesn't know that they're the same, so it shows them twice. But if the episode number is the same, the content is the same, so just ignore the duplicates. (Or, if you really want, delete the old ones and redownload them from the new site. The new copies are more compact, so you'll also save hard disk space that way.)

And this Tuesday, the Queers will release Episode 33, which will only appear on the new site, and so, from then on, no further episodes should appear twice in your list.

I'll be putting a lot of the back issues up very shortly. That's been on my task list for about 3 weeks now, but my Wizard World Philly trip and other matters got in the way. But episodes 6-19 will be available this weekend.

Apparently the guys cringe over episodes 1-5, and are quite adamant about erasing them from the historical record. I told them, "That's how some of us came to love you!" But do they listen to me?

Ok, episodes 6-19 are now available in iTunes.

As described above, for those of you who have downloaded them back when they were up on the podomatic website (and have been saving them for your grandchildren), you will see duplicate entries in iTunes -- one for the one you've already downloaded, and a second grey entry (not yet downloaded) for the new copy.

The new versions are more compressed: they have the same great CBQ taste, but only half the digital calories. So, if you want to save some disk space, you can delete the old copies and download the new copies. Your computer will thank you for it.
