I'm currently watching "LA X" for the second time. My thoughts are every where. And I love it!
I love the parallel realities at the moment. I have some theories on that.
I don't want to post too much here though in case most haven't watched it.
One thing though that keeps bugging me from the beginning....why was Jack's neck bleeding?

I'm loving it too though was slightly bored for this past Kate-centric one.
But tonight, Good Locke v Bad Locke ep? I'm all in!
And can Sawyer start calling people SOB's and nicknames again? And quit the crying!?

| Overall, the Kate episodes are always a letdown. But more Locke? Yes, please! |

I have my theories!!!!
Click here to see the hidden message and/or spoilers... The Parallel lives story isn't really parallel, its them back in the past as themselves but with knowledge of what happened to them on the island. And "The Others" are helping them set things back.
I can't wait to see if I'm at all close!

I am FINALLY caught up with Lost... I have always been watching on DVD... and Im finally with y'all!!!
my guess is that
Click here to see the hidden message and/or spoilers... They were successful with the bomb, but they obvious just created a new "past" in which they never go to the island... however, that is for that othr timeline, their timeline, they are back in the future island and we just get to see what would have happened had they arrived in LA... and what is still to happen in the island...
only thing that does not add up is the fact that Ethan and Ben are both in LA as well...
so I think my theory sucks now!

That ending was kind of weak.

Well I'm not saying I didn't understand the ending. I did. It was by far a definitive ending but...
Click here to see the hidden message and/or spoilers... They might as well have called the show the life and death of Jack Shepard. I mean it leave open the idea of stories continuing with Hugo and Ben but seems to want to end the series before it becomes less popular. Plus it had no balls (for lack of a better term) to pin down certain answers to big questions. Ask yourself, what is the big deal if the island sinks? Smokey become mortal. And the world doesn't suffer if he gets off because he can be killed. So why not let the island sink? Of there must be a reason but we won't talk about that because that would mean we'd have to pin down an answer and possibly loose fans because it isn't the answer they want. Honestly I felt the same way about the ending to Y: The Last Man.

Hmmmmmmmmmm the way I see it is that for me, what was important about the show was the characters themselves, how they evolved through all the years, the relationships (most important thing for me) and who they were at the end... that is why I loved the finale.
From your post:Click here to see the hidden message and/or spoilers... "They might as well have called the show the life and death of Jack Shepard. What do you mean? How do you know that if the island sunk that it would kill Smokey? What if if the island sunk, the light would go off and it would be the end of everybody? We did not see what was happening all over the world when the light was shut off for that period of time... but you can assume that it was not pretty either, or at least we got that from when it was said that if the light goes out, it will go out everywhere. The light HAD to endure. And ... yes in the flash sideways the island was in the bottom of the ocean, but remember, that does not count. |

I totally agree with you, GambitX. The island was secondary to the people and relationships. I really enjoyed the ending and was glad that things weren't overexplained. But I also enjoyed the ending to Y...

I watched the end again today. This time I thought I would get through it without crying
Click here to see the hidden message and/or spoilers... and then Vincent lay down next to Jack and I lost it.
I am most def. in the I Loved It camp. I thought it was a great (if not perfect) ending to the series. |
